3 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Ingredients
- 500g dark chocolate
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil.
- Nut Brothers Smooth Peanut Butter
Melt 500g dark chocolate with 3 Tbsp coconut oil.
Fill melted mixture into the base of mini muffin trays (with cupcake liners) to form a layer of chocolate.
Freezer for 5 mins to set
Next add a layer of smooth peanut butter on top and then the remaining chocolate mixture on top of that.
Freezer for 30 mins to set then enjoy!
