PEANUT BUTTER HUMMUS – thanks to Nigella Lawson
To make, blend all of the below:
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tspb Peanut Butter - we tried with our Smooth Peanut Butter and also with our Smokin Chipotle Peanut Butter!
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice - 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 5 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
Then top with smoked paprika and crushed peanuts and serve with pita or tortilla chips
