FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER LOAF
All you need are 5 ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Smooth Nut Brothers PB
- 2 ripe bananas puréed (in a food processor)
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate
- 1 cup cream whipped
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Melt the chocolate then cool to room temp. Mix together with the peanut butter followed by the banana purée and then the cream (folding slowly). Top with the peanuts and then freeze for 3 hours until you have finished up your dinner and are ready for dessert! 🤤
