PEANUT BUTTER OAT COOKIES
Ingredients
- 500g butter softened
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup Nut Brothers Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups threaded coconut
- 4 cups sliced almond
- 4 cups chocolate buttons (can be dark/milk/white or a combination of all)
Cream the butter, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla together until soft.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients to form a sticky dough, then shape into balls, pat down gently and bake at 180°C for 15 mins until firm and golden. Enjoy!
