Use a fork to poke several holes in the kumara then roast for 45 minutes.
Split the warm kumara open with a knife and sprinkle with a tiny bit of sea salt, followed by 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter, 1 teaspoon of chia, banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Then enjoy!
Or, spice it up and use Chipotle Peanut Butter
instead of the almond butter.
