- 1/2 pack rice noodles
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- Sesame seeds to top
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
Soak 1/2 pack of rice noodles in a large bowl of warm water for 10 mins.
Make peanut butter sauce – put ingredients together in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds (to melt the peanut butter) and then whisk together.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a fry pan, then add green onions and garlic and cook for 2 mins
Add the rice noodles, ½ cup water and then the peanut sauce to the fry pan.
Mix all together and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
