- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 cup edamame
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Cut 2 heads broccoli into florrets and cook by soaking into boiling water for 30 seconds.
Drain the broccoli and stir through 1 cup cooked edamame and ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Make the peanut sauce by combining all sauce ingredients and microwaving for 30 seconds to melt the peanut butter.
Top the broccoli with the peanut sauce and also with ½ cup peanuts and sesame seeds
