PLUM ALMOND GALETTE
Ingredients
- Shortcut pastry 1 sheet
- 6 plums quartered and stones removed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornflour
- 2Tbsp orange zest
- 1 cup ground almonds
- Almond Butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degreesLay the pastry on a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle the almond flour on top
Combine plums, sugar, cornflour, cinnamon and orange zest and stir to combine.
Pile the plum mixture on top of the pastry and fold the ends of the pastry over the plums
Bake for 40 mins and then top with Almond butter as well as your choice of ice cream, yoghurt or just a sprinkle of caster sugar for a little extra sweetness
