Smoothie bowls are so easy to make using whatever ingredients you like.
Our favourite recipe is:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup of ice,
- 1 cup of fruit of your choice,
- 1 Tbsp Nut Butter
- 2-3Tbsp milk of your choice
Blending 1 banana (ideally frozen), 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of fruit of your choice, 1 Tbsp nut butter and 2-3Tbsp milk of your choice (more or less as needed). You can also add 1-2tsp sweetener if you are using quite tart fruits. Pour it into a bowl and top with whatever delicious and nutritious toppings you like!
